I don't understand where you are. The old guide doesn't seem to mention ctrtransfer, and has 5 parts. The new guide has ctrtransfer and 3 parts. How are you on part 4?

Edit: Ah, you're on Part 3, Section IV of the new guide if I'm not mistaken. Lemme see, or maybe someone else will beat me to the answer.

I'm not sure where to get the Firmware.bin file because I'm on a new 3DS is there a firmware.bin file for new 3DS?

It doesn't matter, no n3DS came with a FW between 4.0.0 and 4.5.0. You want to make sure you do not have a firmware.bin in /luma/.

Nothing is working again.. :(

The good news is, you have a9lh, otherwise you'd be a brick right now.

It sounds like you may have a bad dump of your emuNAND / RedNAND. I would try writing the 9.2 sysnand backup you did to the 3DS, selecting to keep a9lh.

This way at least you'll be able to boot.

Edit: Ah, I haven't followed the new guide yet. I see you were restoring sysnand, hmm...

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Have you tried the steps outlined here (Starting on step 4)? It may be time to attempt that.

Verify the sysNAND dump with Decrypt9 to make sure it's not corrupted. That could be your problem, a bad dump. If so, and you don't have another your only option is to do the 9.2 CTRTransfer again and re-install all your stuff.

Also, check to see if you have a firmware.bin file in the Luma folder and if you do delete it. Doublecheck you deleted the "exdata" from the HomeMenu for your correct region as well.

If none of that works then your only option is to re-do the CTRtransfer and lose all your data if you didn't make backups of your saves.
