When the guy above said, "rerun the downgrade or you'll regret it", he didn't mean go ahead downgrade to 2.1.
Rerun the 9.2 downgrade to finish titles that didn't go through. They should already be on your sd card.

Better yet, run the downgrade check in my sig so we know what happened.

Where do I place "Downgrade_Check"? I assume in /3ds/

Better yet, run the downgrade check in my sig so we know what happened.

I was actually telling him to install A9LH once he's done the downgrade to 9.2 As its the best option for CFW and future proofing your 3DS
