ux0:/app/GAMEID/sce_module
[] Button on VitaShell allows you to cut and paste files from the ux0:/pspemu/PSP/SAVEDATA/VHBL01234 directory to the sce_module directory.
And @OP could you pleases merge the latest comments with the list of compatability?
Even though TheFl0W is really skilled, maybe regressions may appear for some select titles and then it would be useful to know they worked for 1.1 for example.

Thanks for your help, but how can I first transfer the content of the VHBL directory from my PC, which contains the sce_module fix, to the Vita? I suppose you must use the Vita content manager first, but I can't find the option to transfer saves, or at least it doesn't detect anything when I choose the option. or at least a guide for the FTP transfer option, it may be easier for me maybe?

EDIT: my bad, found the mistake, thanks for your help !!

Has anyone come across this error and solved it

C2-12828-1 error.

my sao hf dumped cart installs and dumps fine but upon launching i get said error

Also note:

Ill add the newly tested games once i get a chance to get on my laptop. Im kinda on a break at the momment but when i get back to my laptop ill update the op.

I would use my phone to update the op but my phone doesnt work well at all when it comes to editing things on GBATEMP

How can i download .vpk? I don't see any link .vpk
You won't find any game or vitamin vpk links on this forum due to them being copyrighted material and this forum does not host or link any warez.

Google elsewhere.

It has already been confirmed that a lot of games with the C2-12828-1 error have been fixed in the next release of vitamin.

  • Jak and Daxter 1 | EU (Digital) | Not Working | v1.0 | C2-12828-1 On Launch

My neptunia game dump give me same error than that Jak and Daxter game... isnt same that error than crashes on boot than C2-12828-1 on Launch? I dont see any difference lmao. And i writted it in REDDIT and someone say me than he have the 3 Hyperdimension Rebirth games running on his hacked VITA... than mean he is cheating me?

I installed Day Of The Tentacle but it doesn't let you play the game unless you install an update - I assume you can't do that unless you are on the latest Vita firmware?

Did you actually try and boot a game from the collection?
None of the collections are working currently with 1.1

Yup, Sly 1 and 2 work fine for me, dumped from a cardtridge using 1.0, I haven't tried Sly 3 yet since I'm out of memory right now, gotta wait till I get home since' Sly 3 comes as a downloadable voucher.

So we have more conflicting results? Most people say that none of the Sly games are working yet here we have one lone user claiming the first 2 do with a still shot of one running... And from v1.0 no less.

I'd say this is more proof that there is some bug or other that is messing up some dumps that hopefully is addressed in the new release when it comes.

@Tony_93 can you redump with v1.1 just to test if it's not too much trouble? You'd think if it worked on v1.0 it would work on v1.1..... Also what version of Vitashell are you using?

I will record a video of the dump running before someone comes yelling "FAKE"... Since it's a pretty common practice in the temp to yell that at people when they can't get something working :creep:

I will redump using 1.1 once I get home for testing purposes, I'm using 0.86 since I updated HENkaku yesterday.

Yeah I'm not about to discredit anything regarding early vitamin dumps simply because all the strange stuff that's been happening with them.

I'm sorta curious if the earlier revisions of Vitashell may have something to do with the dumps not working (problems during install that don't give error, etc.)? I somehow doubt this very much but you never know...

Side note HENkaku was updated again today and comes with Vitashell v.91

Vitashell 0.86 isn't even a week old xD

Honestly, I have dumped four games so far and all four have dumped and worked flawlessly at first try... and all I see is people complaining left and right about the dumper being utterly broken :P

I will be dumping wipeout 2048 using 1.0 later today and see how it goes since it's a "conflicted results" game too.

I'll dump Mortal Kombat tomorrow and see if it works.

Yeah do that and report back. I think at some point this week I'm going to try a few "conflict"games myself with different versions of Vitashell and see what happens. Like I said I doubt it's a Vitashell problem but you never know

Ok ladies I'm home and testing some more :D

Here is the video I promised earlier today:

And I already dumped the game using Vitamin 1.1, cuelrrently reinstalling and will be bavk to report if dumped with 1.1 works or not

I'd say that's pretty irrefutable proof... Really the only thing you didn't show was the installed game in ux0, but i find it hard to believe that someone would buy the game digitally and physically just to throw us for a loop.
There is only on physical US version as well (no "greatest hits version" not that vita has those :P ).

So the only real question then is why does yours work and no one elses does? has anyone tried installing a verified non working sly collection using a more recent Vitashell?
