Still not. You need kernel hacks (like a custom version of Henkaku) to dump some of the very newest games.
These will try to close all running apps when they start and won't allow other apps to open when they're running. So that will need to be patched out of the kernel.
That function is new in firmware 3.50. All games designed for a firmware below 3.50 should be able to be dumped.

It's up to you to weigh in ... I would just keep the console offline(no PSN account tied to console) until proper CFW ... Vita is a portable 1 player console dream and plus I'm more excited for the Moonlight stuff.

It's fairly simple, if any of the current dumps work, then they, well y'know, work. If they don't then they don't. It's that simple.
With the bright spot on the horizon being that the next update improves compatibility with some games that don't currently work.

Do you really believe that the dumps are 99.999% perfect? That you can play the entire game and save and load for weeks now but it just so happens that there's this tiny piece that causes save file corruption in the course of months of playing the game?

Obviously, it's still not a 1:1 dump. It's plagued with bugs.
But, it works and I can play from these dump files so I don't mind at all.
It's just a precaution that people should know.
I've seen a lot of complaints especially on reddit and other forums.
People should know what they're dealing. At least they have been warned.
It's not that bad actually. I only experienced it once on Odin Sphere Leifthrasir.
I just have to close the game and run it again. It works fine. It happened when I left it in sleep mode.

i prefer playing handheld on the actual thing, plus i like movability like , with a handheld i can lay down my belly whilst playing XD ..

for tv i have wiiu/ps3/ps4 u3u .. i will just save up abit more and buy the vita new in stores i will find one in the fw i want, but most likely the older version.

the thing that is troubling is the memory card, i will need another 70$ just for a 32gig card.
