Hacking Backup GBA VC savegames?

is there any way to back up GBA VC saves? As I want to do A9LH but I'll lose my GBA VC saves when I inject my Emunand into Sysnand.

The latest build of decrypt9 allows you to dump and inject gba vc saves.
