Probably because he has been shouted at for using licensed stuff and adding visual effects to it then releasing it under his name and without giving the source code at once.

And actually, he got remarks about his indentation at after releasing the code so this might not have helped either.

They're the A9LH payloads, like Decrypt9.bin or Hourglass9.bin, or other arm9loaderhax.bin's.
