I can try. Does it literally turn off? Or do you get a black screen when booting.

Hmm, I've never experienced this before. If it was just a black screen, I would suggest: taking the sd card out, then turning your 3ds on, and then putting your sd card back in. I'm not entirely sure if that will work, but you could try that.

Does it even get to the home menu at all? If yes, you can boot without SDcard and then insert it after you are in the home menu and proceed as usual.

So you probably have a softbrick. Try getting into recovery mode holding A+R+L+Up(DPad). That will get you to 11.0.33 tho. You will need to make a DSi Ware downgrade in order to get your hacks going on again.
