People don't understand that if you fail to downgrade, you're not forced to upgrade to 11.0.0-33U. Simply update using a game card to a firmware higher than 9.2.0 AND lower than 11.0.0

are you sure?
when 3DS semi brick,you can't even turn it on.
so if i put a game card it will update from that card?

That's strange... When I got the Nintendo error message, my 3DS was still able to turn on.
