I want to know if i could do a system transfer with my Old 3ds(Has cfw and on latest firmware in emunand) and my New 3ds (Just got it isn't modified doesn't have emunand or any cfw)

If there both in the latest fw then yes BUT any non legit cias won't transfer, but I may be wrong

Yes both are on the latest firmwares and are legit cias cause i really just wanted my NNID on my new 3ds that i just got to get the games on it

Just make sure your in emunand when doing the transfer

It will work, but you should choose the wireless transfer method.

If you are going to install a9lh on the n3DS you should do so BEFORE transferring as it will make your life a lot easier.

Edit: if your n3DS is on 11.0 then you can't install a9lh anyway (without a hardmod) so ignore the above if it isn't on 10.7 or below.
