Hacking NTR CFW not working

So I've been running an Rxtools emunand on 10.7 for a while, and I've been able to run romhacks through ntr with no issues. However, ever since I updated to 11.0, I haven't been able to get romhacks to work. I've used multiple builds of NTR, tried using luma with the Firmware.bin, even restored a backup I had of my 10.7 emunand, and 1 of the following 2 issues always comes up :

1. NTR won't boot due to "unsupported firmware or home menu" and gives a code dump
2. NTR loads "sucessfully", but my romhacks aren't applied

I have no idea what to try next. Any ideas?

First ditch rxtools and use luma3ds, rxtools is dead
Second use this as this fork of bootntr supports 11.0
