Hacking Title Manager and DevMenu not working

I decided to switch my mSD card in my N3DS and created everything newly on the new 128GB mSD, including a new emuNand created by EmuNAND9.

So I injected the old FBI into the Health&Saftey app. With that I installed the Title Manager. It installed, but it doesn't work. The "An error occured, 3ds is restarted..." comes up. The same happens with DevMenu. Both work fine on my old 32GB mSD card.

Everything else like FBI 2.2.1 and some VC games install and run fine. So why do those two not work?

I'm using A9LH + Luma3DS 5.4.

There's your issue. DevMenu will fail if you have more than 100 GB free on your SD card. So, you either need to fill it up so there's <100 GB of free space, or switch back to a smaller SD card.
