Your OTP, or 'One-Time Programmable', is the 100-byte random data store that, when obtained, can be used to achieve 'Arm9LoaderHax'- the greatest 3DS hax to date. It's really a simple method to install, however getting the OTP isn't, as you have to downgrade your console to version 2.1 or lower- when Nintendo forgot to make it so the OTP can't be obtained. This somewhat scary process is why many people don't install A9LH. However, since you are already on a version which can get the OTP, it's recommended that you go ahead and grab it while you can, so you don't have to go through that process.

I believe that there is a special payload for dumping your 'OTP' and 'NAND' on version 1.0. However, you might be a special case, as I believe that you have a demo console. Correct? As for videos, there won't be a video for your case. Consoles like these are rare, and you in particular are a special case.

Alright, I've found the payload & QR code.
Extract the file below and place the files in it on the root of your SD Card.
Then, open Cubic Ninja and go to the 'Create' menu. Then, click 'QR Code', click 'Scan QR Code', and scan the QR Code found here: https://imgur.com/7Q35Tuy
Tell us what happens next, I don't actually know exactly what it does.

As for what to do, just follow the instructions I gave above. The Homebrew Launcher isn't supposed to load in this case. Please follow my instructions, then tell us what happens.
