GameGuardian = doesn´t Work (Search Function Doesn´t Work)
Game Hacker = doesn´t Work (Requesting Root Acess Over 2 Hours? and More?)
Sb Game Hacker = doesn´t Work (Human Verification Crap)
Cheat Droid = Work whit Root Acess

What can i try?

You can even do RAM searching on PC via WiFi, it's pretty awesome.

I always used lucky patcher to patch out In-App purchases and just bought everything with In-App purchases

Most memory editors won't work on 6.0, due to android switching to ARM.

I think you mean ART, and Dalvik is still the standard.
