Ok, so just to confirm: gpSP can't be updated to fix it, it is up to the cfw to do so. Do you know if the cia version of plaisysupdater will still work?

It would seem, however, that OoTHax has been broken for the time being. Welp, so much for testing downgrading from 11.x

A9LH works (no arguing with that), Luma3DS working fine, HBL working fine as long as payload is renamed.

Can also confirm OoTHax doesn't work, payload needs to be updated for v11 support.

SVChax, the exploit that was used for downgrading has been patched, at least on New 3DS.

I guess no more downgrading as well.

In the process of extracting OTP now, emuNAND already downgraded to 2.1 on N3DS (and I just bought it today...).
As long as you use a firmware.bin, seems to be fine (CakesFW).

The FIRM0/FIRM1 partitions aren't updated, but the .app in CTRNAND is. Luma uses that. Luckily for everyone they didn't update the FIRM version and its requirement in all modules/apps as they used to do with security patches, so people with CFWs using firmware bins from SD are OK with the old firm.

Since the FIRM version hasn't changed, does that imply that the FIRM partitions known plaintext exploit (with a hardmod) will work to downgrade an 11.0 system?

I can confirm updating GW emunand is safe on O3DS. I tried eShop, Miiverse, cia, 3DS, cheats, Badges, Anime channel, YouTube,...
I'm waiting for a confirmation from Team Gateway for my N3DS.

So, yeah.. I'm still at RX-E 10.7 cfw O3DS emuNAND, no GW btw. Mind if anyone can confirm if its safe to update RxTools 10.7 to 11.0?

Forgot to mention that I always play online, but theres no notification or alert that pops out from my bottom screen telling me to update my fw. Can anyone here confirm for RxTools? TIA!!!
