I have some questions:
1. If there were a9lh, could it unbrick consoles bricked by gw?
2. Will gw be able to brick an a9 console if they want? (A brick type that needs hardmod to unbrick)
3. I know luma has firm0/1 protection, will it cover payloads launched by luma?

1. You would need a Rasberry Pi to unbrick Gateway bricks.
2. They wouldn't brick an a9lh console if they were using "genuine gateway" but accidents can happen and it would need still need a Rasberry Pi if bricked.
3. ?

3. Arm9 programs completely override any patches. For example decrypt9 will always be able to write to the firm partitions even with Luma3ds or CakesFW firm patches. So patches don't cover over arm9 payloads.

Edit: just don't fuck around with nand
