ROM Hack Need tester for fishing Parental code from file

Hello, Last night I found parental code on system setting save. this mean we can recovery the code w/o master code.

Basic info is HERE (Please check this post first. I'm sorry for bothering you)

And now I made tool to fishing key more easily (python script). So I need a tester for this tool.
Because I want to know the tool properly work on all region or not. sample dumped file is also included.

I think the offset is not same as Japanese console.

I tried it out with a dump from a USA console, passcode 8367.

Header: #?

First Parental code: 

Second Parental code: 8367

You have to try these 2 parental codes on your 3DS.

If you see [0000] mean is parental code not found or the code is [0000].

I tried for the fun on my EUR N3DSXL with A9LH (parental cde is 4869 (APTX)), but nothing happen if I drag'n'drop my 00000000.bin file on the python script :

sorry I'm did not explain how to use.
use cmd and type

python pass.py

put the bin file on same folder or directory.
