Hacking Gateway 3DS and legit purchases

I own a gateway 3DS and use it quite often but I'm also a huge fan of the Zero Escape franchise. I want to buy Zero Time Dillema on the 28th June and it has to be a digital purchase because I'm European. I only want to know a simple thing, when the game releases can I just go to the E-shop on Emunand, buy the game and play it on sysnand ? Is there any chance I lose my purchase ?

Only if he uses a 9.0 firm in sysnand and its a 9.6+ firm game. He could dump the CIA from emunand and install it on sysnand and load a 9.6+ firm on sysnand.
