So i was installing an emuNand on a N3DS and after i went to unlink the Nands it started to freak out when i was booting into homebrew. This was after i format it for emunand. It started checking all the files in the SD Card and it added a bunch of apps i never even downloaded before. Can someone explain?
EDIT: To clarify, because i was stupid i forgot to import my backup i made on my computer, so now i dont know whether to format again or not. Please help me. I legit messed up and am up creek without a paddle.

It added Decrypt9, reinand, cakes, a dump app, a cia dump, and others from what i can tell from the regular. I cant really check now since i fixed it, but my question is why it did what it did.

Well i explained that i already format the sd card, ready to use, but i forgot to put back the backup i made before the format. So i restarted the 3ds and entered homebrew, and it started to install all the apps i explained.

Emunand installs a bunch of apps when it does the sd setup. If you want to get rid of them just delete them from the 3ds folder.

Did you download the 3DS homebrew starter kit? It sounds like you just have homebrew in the 3ds folder. These aren't installed because without running a CFW you can't install things, and even then you need a cia installer.

Messing around with things on your 3ds are best learned by playing around with stuff like this. Just make sure to read all of guides and all of the release threads. You will be pro before you know it.
