Homebrew 2DS updated 9.2 to 10.6

Hi, my brother have a 2DS in 9.2 with rxtool. But today, he updated his 2DS to 10.6eur :/

Can i restor his 2ds or downgrad ? I have a nand dump of his.

it isn't but can be restored only with hardmod.

I'm pretty sure France is French, not Spanish

I have a friend that needs HardMod on his console because he installed MSET Exploit on his 2DS and it's asking him to turn on the 3D Mode and he 2DS doesn't have it.
We want to restore the emuNand that he has on his SD Card that it's 9.X, so he can use it, is it really hard to do the Hardmod on a 2DS?
I'm kinda scared about that.

My native language is Spanish but I want to know if it's not that hard or it's pretty much impossible.

no. he is correct. The languages are related.

A lot of the Western and European languages are related, as they stemmed from the Latin/Roman language, which is why the alphabet is very similar.

If you know how to solder and have the proper equipment, no, it isn't that hard.
