Something simple, maybe with the A key set to run the test again.
Reasons:
  • Convenience: self-explanatory. Faster to load up than a webpage, especially if you're already in hbl.
  • Browser-nag: some people don't have access to the browser or don't want to mess with the browser.
  • Stability™

Hmmm should it send 4 or 8 packages, 4 is standard but 8 would be collor cause 2x anything is cool...

Now that i'm thinkin about it, couldnt you just test your speed on the system settings tool? Or do you just want the "speed".

Ummm. Sorry I don't know how Lua works, only some C++. What do packages do?

Preferrably ping/jitter, speed (download and upload).

A ping tester is something that sends Packages and then send them back, giving you the overall "speed" of the device (Internet wise). I would just install this program https://www.wireshark.org/ on your PC and play a game on your 3/2DS Make sure there is no one using internet in your house
So turn off wifi on your Ipads, phones, androids everything with wifi. Not your 3ds or computer though. Then watch the packages (files) flow in.
