Hey folks,

I don't mean to bug you all but any help is appreciated here.

I have a N3DS on 9.9.0-26E - what options are available to me to downgrade to 9.2?

I can't do browserhax because i keep getting the update nag - can i still do this by outrunning the nag or using dns blocks at all?

Thanks again

Best Regards

If you've already got the nag once, then you can't get rid of it :/ If you have a copy of cubic ninja/Ocarina of Time then you can use Ninjhax/OOT3dHax to access the homebrew.

I believe soif that dont work you should be able to format the system and it will clear any data of the update but you better be quick and bookmark broswerhax with internet off when you bookmark it then load it with internet on. it should work i could be wrong though
1- Format system memory.
2 - Go into internet with wifi off and bookmark the url that launches browserhax
3- turn wifi on and power off and turn it back on and as soon as you see the homemenu go into internet and it should boot browserhax

"To use the Internet Browser, please update your system using the System Update option in the System Settings"

Then it boots me out the browser lol

First use the safe sysupdater to check the file integrity of your downloaded downgrade CIAs(make sure they're placed in SD\updates), then use this to downgrade :)

Don't worry if it freezes before installing CIAs, it takes a LOT of tries to get it to work. Or you could get lucky and get it over with in one try :P

the files are good - but when i launch sysupdater all i get is a blackscreen?

make sure to use ctrbootmanager so you dont have to use internet. took me 50+ times to downgrade.
i've tried wifi on and off - how would i utilise ctrbootmanager?

Can i just use safesysupdater to downgrade?

just one more question - would it be safe to use safesysupdater because the normal sysupdater gives me a black screen when i launch it?

best regards

The normal sysUpdater has some stuff updated, but the safe sysUpdater is a fork of the older sysUpdater. It's better to check with the safe sysUpdater and use the sysUpdater to downgrade. It's normal for the black screen to appear, just keep trying! :P (It seriously takes a LOT of tries) Sometimes changing your hax works, for ex. switching from menuhax to some other hax :)
