I dont think anyone has done much more than change music and text. I dont think there are enough texture/model hacks to make a dedicated thread.

Not sure if this counts but here..it seams bayonetta is the only char that could be model swapped w rare crashes compared to other chars

This sonic.exe texture is based off one I found on brawl. Has custom character portrait, Sfx (the laugh he makes) on side taunt and all victory voices,and custom victory music which is the hill theme from the respective game.

I did a Doggo outfit for Lucario tonight. I based it off some fanart of Doggo as a Lucario that I found randomly online (too bad I can't find the original artist)
I decided not to put effort into putting the dog graphic onto the tank-top due to problems with how Lucario is textured

You should also include custom .tex images too
Like the troll face CSS image I made.
EDIT: Change the .zip to .tex and it is working
