Hacking How to downgrade a 9.9.0-0J N3DS?

Hi everyone, sorry if the answer to this was already in another topic but I couldn't find after some search so...
I bought 2 N3ds from japan, one is currently being downgrade as it was 10.3 to 9.0
The second is a 9.9.0-0 (probably updated from flashcard) and has no browser. The last firmware patches the downgrade, so browserhax is a no go. I got OOT but only the US version. Cubic Ninja is over $9000. Any other choice to get homebrew channel + downgrade it?

Get OoT and use power save to inject it with the hacked save.

Old model of sky3ds should now be cheap.
If you find the red button one, get it.

problem is, my OOT is USA and the console JPN, so...
and to get regionfree i would need any entry point...

browser hax still works on n3ds 9.9 if u use DNS1 107.211.140.165 DNS2 107.211.140.065

turn wifi off and enter browser type in http://yls8.mtheall.com/browserhax_fright.php exit browser turn wifi on enter browser. turn dns back to normal when menuhax is installed.

He has no browser in the 3DS.

n3ds updated by game card to 9.9. Hey, i just bought it used and book off, "not my fault"

Some old 3ds and some n3ds (first batch ) cones with no browser.

It's possible he updated the 3DS via update from a physical game. I heard some of those updates don't include the web browser... weird I know.

Without browser, cubic ninja, OOT... I don't think there is any other entry points, so your out of luck.

Unless there's a game that can provide an update 9.9-10.3 with browser.

not exactly me, i just bought it that way. but yeah, guess i'll have to find a sky3ds then. thanks everyone

His N3DS didn't have a web browser out of the box (8.1 J N3DS doesn't have one) and cardtridge updates don't update the web browser neither, you get to keep the same browser you had from before the update.

No one said that cardtridge updates remove the app at all
