The current "semi-official" exploit site is:
http://wiiu.epiclper.com or a shorter URL: http://fshy.de/e
WiiUBrew.net is fixing some stuff and will host the exploit site later again. During this time I offered to do so and the site will also receive constant updates when there are some.

However it seems their exploit site is still not working. If you so badly need it you can use http://wiiu.epiclper.com but please keep in mind that once their exploit site is back up I'll remove them from mine.
