The current "semi-official" exploit site is:
http://wiiu.epiclper.com or a shorter URL: http://fshy.de/e

WiiUBrew.net is fixing some stuff and will host the exploit site later again. During this time I offered to do so and the site will also receive constant updates when there are some.

http://wiiubrew.net/ is back up and running.
However it seems their exploit site is still not working. If you so badly need it you can use http://wiiu.epiclper.com but please keep in mind that once their exploit site is back up I'll remove them from mine.

Their account got suspended a few days back and they are still working to get it back up and running.

I never actually knew that... But it seems like those exploits are older? I'm not sure. I'm currently talking with the hoster of WiiUBrew.net to figure stuff out, just wait
