No, see, for some reason, it's a 32 bit address, but if it goes over 999, the game will crash in certain areas.

The game is really weird how it handles certain things.
006E843A 000003D6//

you are writing 03D6 to address 006E843B and 006E843A
and writing 0000 to address 006E843D and 006E843C

i was thinking, the shiny Pokemon is tied to your shiny value
The shiny value for each trainer is different from each other
Then shiny value is 4-5 numbers , you can get it using pkhex.
The value of the shiny Pokemon determined once you encounter a Pokemon

So, if you activate the code and mode it to match your id, it should make any Pokemon you encounter is shiny.

This is what i have right now, my coding is bad so i am asking for your help.
ok , after some thinking , first i should start hunting for shiny pokemon on the grass
but i don't know when i should search , or how to compare

Hunting for shinies is tough. You don't know what value the pokemon you encounter has so all you can do is search for unknown and then assume it will be different for every encounter. If you hit a shiny, you could try searching for your trainer ID, but even then you'd have to be lucky if Nintendo stores it like that.

An alternative method could be searching for some value we know (like level) and narrow the area down that contains info about the wild pokemon then there's a lot of poking around in that area and seeing if setting some value to your trainer ID does the job.

Either way, it's a lengthy process and you'll probably freeze your 3ds multiple times...

how the action replay code work on gen 5 and 4 ?

Anybody started on Hyrule Warriors Legends? Just about to get stuck in :P

Edit: Rupee offsets seem to be:
090A7FCC and 091FB4AC, both 32 bit offsets. If it's anything like the Wii U version, 9,999,999 is the max. So these should be okay:

[Rupees in Battle 9,999,999]
090A7FCC 0098967F
091FB4AC 0098967F

Feel free to correct me if I've gone wrong here ^^

Edit: Only altered the count in-battle, didn't affect the rupees received at the end.

[Current Rupees 9,999,999]
0856AA04 0098967F
08B5A424 0098967F

That one looks like it works...

Ahaha, edited my post just as you posted that. Looks like we had the same offset :') Missed that post!

Edit:

Link Exp Offsets:
32 Bit:
09095100
09095118
090951A8 (also shows up on 16 bit searches)

^Values at those offsets seem to increase and decrease with the experience bar, getting larger as you KO more enemies, and going down once you level up. Editing them doesn't seem to do anything so I'm kinda stumped. Help anybody? ;_;

Edit 2:

Offset 09095100 and 09095118 always have a difference of 4320000 (hex).
Eg:
09095100 | 3F590000
09095118 | 438B0000

090951A8 is a much smaller number, not exceeding three digits from what I've seen.

Managed to knock together a code to add to your KO count. Somebody feel free to optimise it if you know how, it pretty much repeats the same thing twice for different offsets (one for the displayed KO value, and one for the hidden KO value). Split it up to make it clearer.

[Add 1000 KOs (L+A)]

I was looking into Hyrule Warriors Legends.
So far I searched for some materials (and apparently they are all in one place).

Using a list for the WiiU Version I made one with the 3DS Offsets in alphabetical order (for Gateway Hex Editing)
So you guys can edit the materials yourself (or make GW cheats (since I am not familiar with it))

Keep in mind that materials you have not yet owned will be displayed as ???? in the shop (but you can still increase the amount)
So if you want specific badges you need to look on the Internet which materials you need to build them.

More Hyrule Warriors codes, these should work for Adventure Mode to keep all your items at 5. If you don't have the item, it'll add it for you. These can probably be put into one code but I'm in a bit of a rush :')

Some of these offsets aren't showing up for me. For example, Lizalfos Scale.

Hm strange maybe its not as easy as I thought.
I checked again for Lizalfos Scale. And I found the offset and changed it and it worked.

Maybe the addresses are different for every language...

Well, the value didn't change to 999 when I changed it, so it's not at the address you provided (for US, anyway)
