Homebrew Couldn't we make SNES cia files?

If you're talking about the Dragon Ball Z game, it's a port released in some collection in Japan. It isn't the SNES version.

I've only known just NES and GBA VC injections. It's probably gonna stay that way. Unless something does crop up out of the blue.

Oh. I guess I thought a couple of the GBA ones were SNES. For some reason I thought the Mario Kart one was SNES.

Man I wish. It would be nice to play Earthbound at 60fps on 3DS without using Retroarch.

Earthbound runs smooth on o3DS with blargSNES.

No emulator runs smooth for me on my 9.2.0 o3DS... even when using CFW on emuNAND.

Are you using the 3dsx or the CIA?

Just use BlargSNES. Even the original DS could handle SNES emulation just fine, so I'm sure the 3DS is great at it.

Except blargSnes is an emulator and doesn't install each individual game to the home menu, like a CIA would. Most of the popular games don't run on it either.

Every single "popular game" I tried works. With the exception of Top Gear and games with the FX chip.
