Yes enter Gateway Sysnand mode and install the bluecardfix.cia in the Gateway 3.6.2 folder using Dev Menu (found on Gateways download page) then reboot and use the blue card like normal.
noob question again Gateway Sysnand mode = classic mode? or gateway EMUNAND

Hold B over boot Gateway mode and press A it will ask you to press X to enter Gateway Sysnand mode.
