Homebrew WARNING: LONG NINTENDO NETWORK MAINTENANCE PLANNED FOR MONDAY

Nintendo seems to be gearing up for a huge Maintenance Period from Monday to Tuesday Night.

This could potentially mean a System Update could be released to block all the exploits that have been released for the 3DS. While this is not set in stone, there's still a good chance of it happening. So, I'd be on the look out during the next couple of days.

Just generally curious, was there a thread made for this at all beforehand? I just want to make sure I didn't make a useless thread at all.

I'm pretty sure an update released for the actual consoles is necessary to block things running on them. Online play has nothing to do with an exploit that allows you to downgrade.

They can't block the exploit by doing this "maintenance" but I have a feeling they're up to something.

thing is they still have not patched the homebrew userland exploit yet wouldn't you think they would want to patch it to they have not fully patched it they patched 3 entry points but cubic ninja and oot still worked
