Hacking Need Help Fixing my Cfw Setup

Hello! i have a lot of trouble getting cfw to work, first of all let me explain what i have and what not:

Console: New 3ds XL
Firmware 9.2.0-20E
Homebrew Acces: Ninjahax, Ironhax, Menuhax and Browserhax (hax 2.5)
Cfw: RxTools, Cake, PastaCFW, MiniPasta, ReiNand.
BootSetup: CTRBootManager with Cakes.dat, RxTools.3dsx, RxTools/sys/code.bin, Grid hbl.3dsx, and Smea's original boot.3dsx
3ds Folder Cfw data: RxTools + MiniPasta + PastaCFW + Cakes + ReiNand + FBI (NinjaFixed) + MenuHax + Ironhax Installer + FtpBrony + EmuNAND9 + sysUpdater + and the usual Stuff (hans,eShop and more)

What i've done so far:
I've downgraded my New 3ds XL from 10.3-20E to 9.2.0-20E and setup all of the above, my regular 3dsx stuff works fine just like it did on 10.3 i've downgraded also all of the Hax to work on 9.2 and got acces to all those hax'es on 9.2, the thing i can't run is any of the CFW tools or EmuNAND9, FBI Does work but i don't have the acces to install cia's because i can't boot any of the CFW tools. what happens if i boot MiniPasta or ReiNand or RxTools or Cakes or PastaCFW are red Screens on the bottom,or black screens or it just kicking me back to the Homebrew Launcher,and YES I DO HAVE ALL THE FILES:

Dir Setup's for all the CFW Tools:
RxTools:

/rxTools/sys/Patches/ - Ktr + ctr folder + 4 files ending on .elf

/rxTools/data/0004013820000002orig.bin
slot0x25KeyX.bin
RxTools.3dsx (modified file from gbatemp to work with CtrBootManager)

This above setup does not work in anyway with any methode of booting RxTools, not the ninjahax boot nor the ctrbootmanager boot or the direct code.bin boot or what ever. i've disabled menuhax to not mess with my bootsetup and tested ironhax and used ninjahax, smea's hbl, the grid hbl what ever i've tryed it. :c

The same goes with any other cfw boot like the next one:

Starting PastaCFW from smea's hbl results in a freeze of the screenshot below:

Booting PastaCFW while holding L gives me the Menu with a "unsupported" on top seen in the screenshot below:

Using smea's Hbl what ever i boot either kicks me back in to the hbl or just stays at a black screen, or gives me a red/black screen setup which is 100% the result if i use the Grid Hbl. anyone please s.o.s

i've also tryed to just boot in to smea's Hbl without CtrBootManager also no succes, ninjahax will just boot in to smea's hbl and the same trouble keeps happening

Does your boot.cfg match the homebrew boot 3dsx file?

Yes sorry i was not precise enough in my statement, what i ment to say was, that all the Cfw's still wont boot even if i skip the CtrBootManager and just boot them from Smea's Hbl.

Uhm smells smelly. I think you used a wrong sysupdater in your downgrade. If I were you I would boot into recovery mode and get back to 10.3 and wait for a proper downgrade method before nintendo decides to push 10.4.

even though my Downgrade process went flawless and i'm on 9.2.0-20E? i diden't run in any trouble while doing downgrade, even the 10 second reboot automaticly worked :o, it still kinda could be true because i am on 9.2 but all the 9.2 functions don't work.
what i wonder is, might it be that all the "firmware.bin" stuff is related to US versions of CFW and that EU version would require other versions of that stuff which doessen't exist yet?

Btw, after restoring to 9.2 and failing to start any cfw i wanted to try with a fresh sd so i formated my sd and ds and tryed again, but diden't work either so i had to restore to 10.3 to login my nintendo network and redownload my legit cia's and other network related stuff, after that i downgraded again to 9.2 and still kept running all the problems, i used a 102 file 141mb large , 9.2.0-20E-N3ds.rar file to downgrade my EU N3ds

update: i've tryed to boot Ninjahax v1.1b and use that to boot PastaCFW. it get's me back to the sysnand but it gives me " error has occoured need to restart" and then it reboots which just brings me back to the regular sysnand, so still can't do anything

Try using minipasta (works with hax 2.5)

And if you use RxTools 3.0 alpha with CTRBootManager to autoboot... you should be good..

Alright i'm replacing my minipasta with your's restored ninjhax back to 2.5 from my 1.1b and will try 5th dec 3.0 alpha with ctrboot, just one question, which way to boot rxtools, usining RxTools.3dsx from root or the sys/code.bin?

i've replaced my minipasta with your's replaced my rxtools with yours i've booted from ctrbootmanager the code.bin file and i used ninjhax/menuhax/ironhax for all those boot's
it keeps launching me back in to the hbl even if menuhax is deleted + all the files from the sd from menuhax deleted.this happens just after a black top and red bottom screen, PastaCFW is only one giving some result still freezing at the same way it does in the pictures above

Wait, for RxTools... Are your nands linked?
It may be homemenuhax... Try booting RxTools or minipasta while holding whatever button disables menuhax

i've not split any nand's yet because i can't even install any cia or even backup my nand which is the first step, i need to run any cfw just to install the cia.cia and i can't run EmuNAND9 because it also just kicks me back to hbl so i only have acces to SysNand and never had acces to emunand, also i have disabled autoboot on menuhax and i need to press L to boot in to Menuhax so autoboot is to SysNand, i've also tryed every single thing possible while holding L or not holding L and also with Menuhax completly deleted just using ironhax or ninjahax

Have you tried just using the browser to launch RxTools?

Yes sorry forgot to mention, i have a new 3ds xl 9.2 and that has a different browser then a o3ds, my browser looks different then the one people use in ther videos when they boot gateway/rxtools by browser and mine has a different version number, it's version 1.0.9934 (found in browser settings), the gateway site just stays at black screen with gateway 3ds loading... and that stays forever, no new tabs getting opened.
only thing that works in this browser is browserhax,
i've also just tryed to do all of the things to do on a different sd card, won't work either
