Yes, I'm Sure. I think that the problem was that when the message "Getting CIA file informations..." appeared on the screen. I left the console alone for 5-6 minutes thinking that the process will be done when I come back and when I see the console 'Frozen' in that screen I think that was a problem of the entrypoint but really it was installing the cias and when I turned off the console I bricked it. I'm not sure but it's the only theory that I have.

if not wrong, the old version ( the one you used ) erases ALL the cia on the 3DS before installing those on the SD

but i remember i read that there was a new version that only erased a CIA before installing the new one, and so on with every CIA

does the build with SAFEMODE being installed first do that?

Hello, how do I determine my CIA bundle is correct? The zip I have is named "9.2.0-20E(Full)_n3DS" and is 141mb compressed. Is this correct? Thank you
Compare md5 values. I used one that was named pretty much exactly like yours except mine has a U where yours has an E.

Using FTBrony got me to red text within 5 tries on N3DSXL.

I use the 9.2.0 CIA file so should I press the home button like the sysupdater tells me to? I feel like I should just hit Y to downgrade now...

No, I used the build without Safemode that was in the first page of this post, or at least that's what I think because I can't enter in safemode with A+L+R+UP Pressed

What did you use to downgrade the new one?

They were correct expect for the ? at the end of the "SHA-1" checksum. Do you know if that matters? Thanks

No i didn't. I just kept loading sysupdater until it ran, once it ran properly it downgraded first time.

please answer, if it doesn't then there is still a decent chance it can permabrick even with the lastest build
