Updating to 10.4 is fine since that will definitely only increase the stability of your 3DS )

So the OP said to ignore the memchunkhax2 files in the zip they provided, but what if you don't have the test version of memchunkhax2 from yesterday in your 3ds folder? Will it still work or do you need the memchunkhax2 files in the zip?

As far as I know you do not need the files at all, but it wouldn't hurt to have them in there anyway, either way works.

Guys help!! What just happened?! I did 2 successful games, Mario Kart 7 and Tomodachi but now Super Mario World has caused this:

Tapping it on the desk causes it to die? And its always like this each restart. Have I somehow broke my 3ds .-.
I haven't ever dropped my 3ds, its always on my desk. I can still use the bottom screen its just frozen to my view. The top is all fuzzy though.

Do you mean THE Super Mario World? The one that you can only get through virtual console? That's very much not a legit CIA. Honestly I don't know what kind of file that is, but I don't think it would work to well with FBI. If you meant Super Mario 3D Land then I don't know what's wrong though.

Also, am I supposed to have FBI try to install the rom as a .7z file or do I have to unzip it?

Nah, the Super Mario 3D Land lol, and you install the rom as a .cia, so the contents of the .7z file.
I have no idea what I've done though.

Anything can be a "legit" CIA for yourself, as long as you already bought it and built it for yourself.

Help, its always freezes after it says, "Map Complete" I tried pressing buttons and touching the screen, but nothing. I reboot, and then go back to it, it still says the same thing. Help.

How will i know if FBI will install my .cia?
I get to the cia selection screen and keep getting invalid commands/install failed!
