It only took three hours of rebooting my 3DS, but it'll be worth it if this install works. I dunno why people aren't more excited about this.

I'm on the same train, I've been trying all day to find a working download for a legit Animal Crossing, and I tried everything people have suggested to increase FBI's chances of working, and now Animal Crossing is finally installing ^.^

On my NEW3DS 10.3 EU installation doesn't work. The boot rate of FBI is terrible although I do everything to increase it (starting other hbrws and such), and when I eventually open it up, immediately when I start any legit CIA file to install it says "Installation failed!"... My fingertips are aching already due to constant reboots of the console...

I have old3ds 10.3, I started menuhax, started ftpbrony (can not remember the name), hold L + R + DOWN '+ B, started fbi and installed cia. After 5 attempts are successful

It will work eventually. I just kept spamming A every time I launched FBI.

BTW, there is no 'trick' to getting it to work. It will just work at some point.

Got it installed on my 10.3 o3DS using Menuhax. Could enter FBI after a couple of tries!

Because you'll be able to downgrade to 9.2 and install whatever you want, without failing, and no limitations.

After many many attempts i succesfully installed New Super Mario Bros 2 on N3DS 9.5 using menuhax and now i can't get it working again. I guess the only way to get it working is keep trying since the exploit is using a racing condition.

it got stuck. Try again. Eventually it will work.

It can freeze at that point. If it says "Done." and you hit A and nothing happens, reboot and try again, it froze.
