Solved. It was due to TubeHax denying the browser access to check if there was an update.

First of all, sorry if this has already been covered, but I can't find any new source for help on browserhax 10.3 in the search, and the official site for browserhax doesn't say much.

When trying to load browserhax, I get kicked out of the browser, with the usual "An error has occurred" message. I have put on the homebrew starter kit, put on the payload, initialized save data before usage, and even downloaded ropbin and otherapp for my version. What's going on?

After looking at the new3DS browser, it seems to be having problems opening any site. Wonder why....

Yes, as I got a brand new N3DS with a new microSD.
Maybe look into the problem with not being able to open any site

1. Go into your N3DS browser and add this link into your bookmarks
2. Visit the link
3. You are now in browserhax for 10.3
4. Just to be sure you do have latest boot.3dsx nd otherapp payload(correct one for your firmware) on the root of you microSD right.

I deleted the payloads. It turned out that with TubeHax dns enabled, the browser never finished setting up.

Try clearing your browsers bookmarks, history and cache to try and fix site loading problem in your browser.

Hope your problem has been solved ^_^

It was due to the TubeHax DNS preventing the browser from setting up successfully. For anyone who sees this thread, do not use the TubeHax DNS until the browser sets up. Admin, please lock this thread.

I think that's why I focus on just enjoying single player experiences that aren't too competitive
  • Maximumbeans @ Maximumbeans:
    How are you doing?

There's also this thing where I'm hyperfocused at night and cannot get to sleep.
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
    @Maximumbeans, I'm doing alright, thanks.

That must be rough. Productive I'm sure but hard to balance with daily life

@Maximumbeans, Indeed. I've been working on getting this Infecutus chip to work on my PS2. But after soldering, I realised that a plastic piece was missing from the power ribbon cable to the power and eject buttons.
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
Now I could go with soldering the contacts from the cable to the connector on the mobo, but doesn't sound like a good permanent solution.
  • Maximumbeans @ Maximumbeans:
Man, that's beyond my brain  I'm no good with hardware for now. I'd like to get into hardmods in future though
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Maximumbeans, Maybe start practice soldering. Get a cheap-ass soldering iron and follow some good YouTube tutorials.

  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
Least my experience has gotten better than over a decade ago. My iron would constantly bump into components and break them.
  • Maximumbeans @ Maximumbeans:
Sounds good. I actually did soldering but like 16 years ago for school so uuuuh probably rusty haha
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Maximumbeans, Same here. I did soldering at school from a teacher who I honestly liked since he had plenty of good electronics experience.

@Maximumbeans, I had a friend who had a glass chess set for their birthday.

It was like all clear and fancy. Tbf I'm not too experienced with chess, but would like to learn someday.

    That sounds really cool
