Hacking New 3DS XL + flashcarts

Hi everyone !
I apologize in advance for this being my first post here.
I did a quick search and didn't find an answer to my questions.

I'm getting a n3ds XL and it will probably be software >9.2
My question is what cart should I get to play 3ds games?
- I'm thinking of Sky3DS+

The other question is which cart should I get in order to play nds games + maybe GBA games.
- For this one I have no idea + should be <25$.
- R4i sdhc 3ds rts maybe ?

If you get a N3DS at 9.2 or below your options are getting a Gateway or installing CFW+not buying a flashcart.
If your N3DS is 9.3+ your only option is getting a SKY3DS+

If you want a NDS card that plays GBA games your best option is the Supercard DSTWO

Sky3ds+ is the ONLY option to play games above 9.2

The only flashcart that plays GBA games is DSTWO.

R4i's couls play GBA emulators at best (in DS Mode of course).

Still DSTwo, you can get an R4 for a lot cheaper but different R4s got blocked at different firmwares. So if you get an R4 be careful about checking it will work with your console.

i bought it from a person didn't know the value of dstwo. Those people still out there, go find them.
