I've got a N3DSXL running on sysnand 9.0.0-20U and RX-Tools installed on my emunand, running RX-E 9.0.0-20U. I'm pretty sure I've unlinked the two as well. I've got both the Gateway Red and Blue cards, a Sky3DS card, and a R4i card. I currently own Pokemon Diamond, Soul Silver, and White. I've installed a pirated Omega Ruby .cia on my emunand, and have completed the game. I'll probably go to the store this weekend and actually buy the game now.

Now, I want to transfer Pokemon from White to Omega Ruby, and I think I understand that can only be done via the Poke Bank app gained through the eShop (when done on unhacked, updated DS'es). I want to retain using Omega Ruby as a CIA instead of having to carry the cartridge around with me. I've heard something about extracting headers? I also want to be able to go online and trade with other people, either it be via local contact, or via global link (or whatever they call it that uses FC or NNID's or whatever). Can anyone help walk me through this process? It would be much appreciated as I bought this N3DS to play all of my Pokemon games and not have to bother with carrying the games around, while still maintaining the ability to play with friends when the event arises. Thanks for your help in advance!

You do not need headers when using cia files.

You need to update your games to play online

go to that iso website where you get all your games in cia format and check their cia updates section. Install the update the same way you install your games. Online play should now work!

Pokemon bank will not work without updating to newest emunand (which obviously isn't supported on n3ds yet). There's a homebrew pokemon bank that you can use instead.

Is this homebrew PokeBank found on that iso site as well? Or might you lend me a clue to find that if not?

EDIT: Nvm, I found it.
