I dont judge it! But you cant install cia on sysnand, right? And what is NUS updater? Link for it?
CIA manager on sysNAND works just fine, I'd recommend trying H&S injection and Inject sysupdater (you can find that on Google) with https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-inject-any-app-into-health-safety-o3ds-n3ds-cfw-only.402236

Then you just download the 9.2.0-20 CIA pack from "that ISO site" (Google the console name and the word ISO and you'll find it) then just put them into the updates directory on your SD card, boot CFW into sysNAND (NOTE: DO NOT USE NORMAL sysNAND MODE, use something like rxTools dev mode or even just pastaCFW), start H&S (which will be sysupdater) then hit the update option... It'll update you to 9.2.0-20 and then you're good to go

Can this brick my 3ds? And what do you mean with "not normal sysnand"?
I have rxTools 2.6 mset

It can brick if you don't do it properly, just follow my advice here and you'll be fine, when I say "not normal sysNAND" there's a devmode option (which isn't in 2.6 but is in 2.5) which you'll need to use vs the sysNAND option in the menu and ofc make sure you have a NAND backup

I have a NAND backup. But how do I downgrade to rxtools 2.5? Do I need a new firmware.bin?

Could you make a quick and easy tutorial of the whole process? I dont actually were to start. I got RxTools 2.5.2 now
First use decrypt9 (can be started with the browser) to dump your health and safety app then use the universal injection script and Inject sysupdater you can find the CIA in Google, then Inject it back with the Inject health and safety feature on decrypt9, then get the 9.2.0-20 update pack from that ISO site, make a folder on your SD card called updates and put all of the CIAs into there, then boot rxTools devmode, start health and safety which will be sysupdater, and use the upgrade option to update to 9.2, once done with that you need to set up menuhax and you can autoboot CFW from there

How do I setup menuhax on my sysnand? Does browserhax still work on 9.2?
