Hi!

Nintendo released videos on Nintendo eShop. So, Can I modify these videos?
I'd like to change the video, the banner.bin and icon.bin. It is possible?

If it uses Moflex, then new videos can't be encoded atm. If its another format, then it may be possible.

Not sure what you meant with this, but I dont have a 3DS. Im stuck working with whatever ppl send to me. All the games I saw so far uses videos on the ".moflex" format, that is a proprietary format. Since this isn't exactly a game, there is the slim possibility that it uses another format.

Now other problem (Why not!), If I got the .cia, how can I decompile it? (I don't know if I said this: I've 2DS SysNand 7.2.0-12E and EmuNand 10.3.0-29E)

Titles are in .csv
Settings too
Shaders are in .shbin
Sound Data (?) is in .bscar
Layout(s) are in .arc.l
And finally language files are in .msbt
