The Chrome redirects me to esurf.biz. I tried to run scan with Eset node32 but nothing is suspicious. I searched some information about esurf.biz and it is claimed to be browser hijacker that infiltrated into PCs via extensions and BHO. So I removed the extensions on the Chrome but the browser redirect still happens. I found a guide showing how to manually fix the problem. But I’m not good at computers and have no more free time to study it. Can help?

Staff edit - Underlined "it" in the last line contained a link to an external site. Removing link embed and posting for visibility, not sure if this is something OP added themselves or if it was added by their malware. Link below, follow at your own risk.

Sounds likely that you have a rogue extension installed. Go to chrome://extensions and see what is in there, and remove anything you don't immediately recognize. If you've done that, it may also be something in the registry. Try uninstalling and reinstalling Chrome if you've tried cleaning the registry with CCleaner.

Rather than that, in chrome://extensions make note of the extension ID of extensions that you KNOW AND RECOGNIZE (or play it safe and skip that last bit)

Close Chrome, open task manager and make sure there are no chrome.exe processes open for any user.

Open a "Run" command (<WIN>+R) and paste in

Code:
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Extensions

Move all of the extensions to a folder called "backup", so in your "Extensions" folder you only have a folder named "backup", containing all of your extensions.

Open Chrome, go to Settings, make sure that Google (or your desired search engine of choice) is set as your search engine, click "show advanced settings", click "Clear browsing data" and clear your "cookies and other site and plugin data" and "cached images and files". Set the time frame to "the beginning of time" and click "Clear browsing data". Under "Network" click "Change proxy settings", then click "LAN Settings" and make sure that "use a proxy server for your LAN" is unchecked, unless you have a valid reason for doing so. OK and Apply if changes were made.

If that doesn't work, you can try recreating the entire Chrome profile. You should just be able to delete Chrome\User Data\Default (or, for the sake of being able to restore, just rename the "Default" folder to "Default.old") and re-open Chrome.

Also test Internet Exploder.
