ROM Hack [Help] How to open .xf files?

Hi! Recently I unpacked Youkai Watch and its .fa archive, and I found two .xf files in the fnt folder. The magic of files are XPCK. So how can I open and modify .xf file?

I've tried use 3ds-xfsatool.exe, but failed.

Just modify the font.
It seems that Level-5 just packs the files as .fa archive instead of compressing. I tried to change the text in the yw1_a.fa and succeeded.

Well anyways, I don't seem to be getting anywhere. You might want to try contacting the developer of that tool directly.
