The only down side to this is I feel sorry for others with a small memory 8GB its a bit of a bummer, not putting a damper on the project of course or nothing of the sort but soon as your memory is full that's it I presume, you can't install to a separate HDD or USB stick etc.. I say this but my memory is full already with games so I shall eat my own words and have ketchup with them :(

I didn't label him but whatever. I don't see a need to apologize, as I wasn't calling him out, or implying he's going to bait and switch. I said posts like his piss me off because a majority of people who are going to swap them out, ask the same exact shit. If you can't understand, I'm sorry for that. Nothing else to be said on my part.
sigh My name is attached to the post. That's labeling me. You called my out by bringing it to a thread that I wasn't part of. You implied I was doing a bait and switch by basically saying "posts like this piss me off, why doesn't he admit that he's doing a bait and switch" especially before you edited the post to make it seem more general, it was directed right at me. I don't advocate people commit fraud and I don't want to be associated with it.
Could you two take this to a hotel room or a private message instead of derailing the thread? That'd be great. Pretty sure this is for Wii U hacking and not about who does what with their consoles, etc. Thanks.
You're right. I'm sure that a mod will come by soon and delete all these posts anyway (and I hope they do). I'm not going to keep going into it because I don't think that he's going to understand what he did anyway despite several of us telling him he's wrong so I'll save my fingers the effort.

Sorry for making your job harder @Bortz!

Moving to an external USB (they are encrypted) after installation doesn't free System space? I thought that was the point of being able to use the USB HDD.

You all make me laugh. Lol

I'm not sure, thinking about it your right. Whether you could move a full proper official downloaded game from eshop say of mine for example SM3DW on to a USB stick to free space for this project and then you could use that game with that USB stick instead, if you get what I mean? I know you cant use others from another console and plug it in but I think you can for your own as long as it is encrypted to your id I presume.

Yea, that's what I thought. So to answer your question, fill up System, transfer to USB, repeat. I assume it should work anyway.

Yeah it should work ok that way, nice one never thought about that. Course I have not tested that to actually transfer a whole game on usb stick and see if it still works plugging it back in but of course you use a usb stick anyway as extra memory so it must work, arghh I feel really daft, its quite obvious thinking about it now

Yea, I'm pretty sure you can move games to it, but I'm actually not completely sure because I don't have any NUS titles installed on my Wii U at the moment. But from what I read about the USB Storage on Wii U when I bought it, that seems like it is how it works. That way you have space to get digital if you want them I guess. Not to mention some updates are rather large for the 8GB console.

its mad really, of course it works because you format a usb stick to your wiiu memory to use as extra room. How come you only think of these things on the spur of the moment, then you comment it down but tbh it is very obvious when you have a proper think about it and then you feel really silly afterwards.

Lol True. I just meant, I'm not sure if full games will Transfer to it. But like you have said, it would be pretty silly not to.

Do you think you can add USA New SUPER MARIO BROS. U+New SUPER LUIGI U?
I can't find that anywhere. :(
If anyone has it, they can add it to the WiiUBrew - Title Database. Which will automatically 'add' it to NUSGrabber GUI.
I collect the TitleID's from there.

I have no USA console, let alone with eShop access, so I cannot obtain the TitleID and add it myself.

if you have the game lauch it and you can find the titleID via cafiine

same applies to finding update ID's except you change the eight digit to E
so for example, if the title ID for the game was 0005000012345678, to get the update you would get 0005000E12345678

I have the game, but I'm on 5.5.0. :(
don't really need it then do you :P

but i guess it will get added eventually, once someone who has it and is on 5.3.2 or lower gets the titleID

actually its already there
00050000-1014B700 New SUPER MARIO BROS. U + New SUPER LUIGI U
v0 USA

If you download the full game from NUS (i.e. not replacing the '0' with 'E') does it also download the latest update as well, or would you need each individually? (I would like to reinstall some games I deleted but have a ticket for)
