Not currently, no. But here's some responses I got when I asked a similar question (mine was about injecting pokemon, which essentially needs to edit the save data)

There is no Pokemon injector via the Homebrew Launcher currently. I'm not sure that it would be possible to make one. How the spider exploit works is that it edits your RAM, which means you need to already be playing the game for it to work (the game needs to be loaded into the RAM). Since you can't have Pokemon and the homebrew launcher loaded at the same time you definitely can't accomplish this via RAM editing.

The only other option would be to decrypt the save, edit it and re-encrypt it. In theory this could work, but somebody would need to figure out how to make what is essentially a homebrew version of SaveDataFiler.

I'm just going to say right now that this is possible with the new XML app overrides, but nobody has quite done it yet. Definitely a possibility though.

Also, pertaining to the SaveDataFiler statement, people are talking about Smealum makings TDVS (I think that's the acronym, I forget though). I don't know what is stands for, but from what I've gathered, it's basically a save file editor. Could be wrong, though.

Not at the moment, but Smea is planning to release TDVS (stands for I don't know what) which is save data editor. It would seem the Ironhax installer was a modified version of this. So far it's been confirmed to work with Pokemon and PKHex, but it will most likely work with all titles.
