----------------[<THEORY>]----------------

Hello guys. Today in this video I am happy to share my interesting Homebrew theory with the world. As you know to get homebrew you use Cubic Ninja or Ironfall, but I think using a cartridge is less powerful than downloading Cubic Ninja (Japan Only) or Ironfall. My theory is that downloading the game puts the game inside the files on the 3DS, but using a cartridge keeps most of the game on the cartridge. Now it may sound appealing to use homebrew more powerfully on a digital game, but that is where the twist is. If the Homebrew files are on the 3DS then it will be easier for Nintendo to find them and block your 3DS.

----------------[<HOW IT HOLDS UP>]----------------

I honestly think this is a great theory, but some people might think differently. Post what you think in the comments.

----------------[<PROJECTS>]----------------

I recently am making a project that allows you to download Wii/vWii Homebrew, 3DS Homebrew, and supporting applications to make my own app that allows you to download these without the hassle of going online.

When you download a digital game, it's entirely stored on the SD card, not the system itself. Besides, Nintendo does not have the rights to remove purchases from your system.

Ah, but you see in some guys you have the option to store it to your small 3DS storage.

Yeah, like others said, all downloadable content and games are stored on the SDCard (Try using a eShop theme and remove the SDCard, you'll see what I mean), and Nintendo does not have the rights OR ability to remove content off the SDCard, unless an update or software explicitly deletes it (i.e. Wii U's vWii mode removing the Smash Stack exploit files from the SDCard when in the Home Menu).

well actually nintendo can delete games from the 3DS remotely, and has done in the past
http://www.nintendoworldreport.com/...emotely-delete-illicitly-gained-eshop-content

now granted that example is for games that go against their T&C, but its not really unfeasible that they could decide to do the same with games that can be used for exploits, especially once the game is back up on the eshop as they could simply say, "oh well go re-download it " and its not like ironfall was a paid app so its hardly going to look that bad if they did go down that route

but i doubt they would be bothered tbh, unless ironhax ends up in a position where it can load up a CFW they will probably just leave it alone than deal with the backlash or remotely deleting games
