ROM Hack Extract Stuff from decrypted DLC?

Hey Guys,

I recently decrypted the DLCs of Fire EMblem If with SDINFO_Gen.py and padxorer.
There are ~36 app.out files now which I want do extract.
How can I do this?
I tried it with "ctrtool --romfsdir=romfs 000000xx.app.out" for every file but no files were extracted.
WHat can I do?

Drag a XXX.app.out on ctrkeygen.py and get the ncch xorpad
