I've been looking around, and I've seen small tidbits of what to do throughout the last several weeks, yet I can't find them anymore. I would like someone to link me to a tutorial or make me one that'll help me turn my 4.5 EU 3DS to a 9.2 US 3DS. Sorry for making a thread about this, but I'd really like to use some help. :)

Edit: I need confirmation that this will work, but would downloading all the 9.2 update cias via 3DNUS and installing them using PBT-CFW work?

Yeah. It is primarily a way to get New3DS and O3DS working, but I was having some trouble with getting Ninjhax to work since I don't have a EUR Cubic Ninja so I was wondering if it was possible to skip the Ninjhax portion and use PBT-CFW to install the US titles instead.

Suggest installing equivalent firmware version's titles first, replace secureinfo_a, and then if it works use sysupdater.cia in PBT to update to 9.2.

I tried to replace secureinfo_a, but RXTOOLS says "Cannot read from file!"
Is there another way to replace secureinfo_a?

The other way is to generate nand xorpad, decrypt (de-xor) nand dump, mount with winimage (not needed on linux/mac), replace secureinfo_a, re-xor nand, write modified nand back.

Welp. I think I bricked it. RXTools crashed on me randomly while dumping and now my 3DS won't start (Hangs on black screen upon booting.) Looks like I gotta NandMod this too. Honestly I'm not mad. I expected this. Thank god for nand backups! I'll continue with a NM first. :)
