I've heard if I view my data management screen on system nand, it will corrupt ALL of my installed games on my CFW. I also have another SD card with 9.6 emunand. Can I view data management there without worrying about my CFW games being erased?

If your NANDs are not linked, you should be able to go into data management ONLY in emuNAND. This is using GW emuNAND though, I'm not sure if CFW works the same.

It's usually best practice to use BigBlue or BigRed menu to remove installed titles via title ID, but I haven't had an issue with GW emuNAND with un-linked NAND's going into DM within emuNAND to remove titles.

How are you booting into 9.6 emunand? Are you sure it's not 9.5?
