right before act 4? i forget if i'm in act 2 or 3, i think it's 3.
i just finished the fire temple, so the 3rd crystal. (as in, i did it today haha)
i'm on the 'for the sequel' japanese release, but you can change the language in the settings to make it english.

i can give you my save if you want, if that is what you are looking for?

-edit.
The boss battle was the battle with the giant fish in the bottom of the town thats a boat / airship.

hmm no i don't think i am there yet, i don't remember a giant fish

Cearp. Yes, you'd be my hero. Is the save stored on the internal SD of the 3ds, where launcher.dat is saved? so I would grab the appropriate rom, your save, throw the japanese rom on the gateway and your save on the internal sd of the 3ds somewhere maybe root folder?

no problem, glad you appreciate it! the save is stored on the 'big' sd card, not the micro sd in the gateway.
so yeah, where the launcher.dat is, you get the rom, then put the save on the sd card, in the root folder yeah i think that's where gateway put them. it will have the correct name when i send it to you, just put it on. the title menu will be in japanese i think, but the game will play in english, i'll save it like that so you won't have to worry. only a few minor minor things, are not in english, like some special attack names, but apart from literally like 3 things, the game is 99.999% english, so don't worry.

ok, so my save, i've finished the town restoration, i have about 70,000 pg, i've done all the subquests so far, got all the summoner spells that i can so far.
i have saved right before i fight the swordmaster guy, kamiizumi. my team is about level 37, and i'm having a hard time beating the swordmaster, i might need to grind some more ha.

so ok, you want me to send you my save, no problem.
download this rom - Bravely_Default_For_the_Sequel_JPN_3DS-HR
let me know when you have that and i'll pm you my save

kk looking for it now thanks man. Yeah I was at level 54~ around that point. I was sick and in bed for the past 3 days and I did some serious grinding. hence my rage at losing my save lol.

level 54 ouch, that's a lot of grinding. i had it on hard mode for the first 10 hours i think, then i put it on normal, the game is hard enough for me as it is lol.
i don't like to grind too much, but i read the final boss is hard even at level 99... so, grinding or not, there will be a challenge

I couldn't find the jpn rom through my usual sources so I tried to torrent and it took forever. instead I grabbed someones save and a EU rom. cearp, I appreciate the offer to help. thank you everyone for helping me out

Hi, bit of a longshot but does anyone have a save file for Bravely Default at around level 20? I lost mine, just about to beat the boss to get the summoner job. I have an EU game.. Please, I'd appreciate it so much!

instead of bumping and posting in many different existing and OLD threads about the same issue, if you read them you would have found what you wanted.
one of the thread where you asked the same question, I posted the answer just above your message and explained where to find all the saves for all the levels and different game progress.

Next time, please, don't post the same questions in multiple places.
choose one thread, and wait for users to answer.
Read existing thread, even the one you used had the answer!
