yep only once you play nds games, i've actually went and moved all my nds games on gateway blue card so i can run exploit right after quiting the game.


cos new 3ds has a different browser it's been mentioned few times already.

so the vulnerability does not exists in new 3ds browser?

-(Additional) Blue Gateway DS cart needed everytime to launch Gateway Mode

Web Browser:
+Only need your red Gateway cart
-Requires an internet connection everytime to launch Gateway Mode.

Upcoming: QR Code Mii Exploit?
Best of both worlds I imagine, no DS cart needed and no internet connection required.

I might consider downgrading providing it is safe to do so.

entry point does not, i'm guessing they're working on a different one. fw vulnerability is still there.

basically think about it like trying to install a dvd game but not having a dvd drive on your laptop.
your laptop can play the game, but you have to workaround to install it.

1 option - sd card fake
2 option - sd is loose, put in some paper to hold it in place
3 option - bug in beta firmware, though unlikely
4 option - stop removing your card while you play.

can someone explain why browser exploit doesnt work on new 3ds?

The rendering and JS engines for the N.3DS are different from the old 3DSs, so it makes sense that it wouldn't work.

people lie, try fakeflashtest, or card is crap, dunno i don't use samsung.
option 3 likely but it's the option where you're fucked untill they fix this, consider it most unlikely and try to fix this on your own
option 2 make it so micro sd card is stable in red card, paper should push it into connectors and stabilize it.

option 4 - you might be pressing on it with your fingers... happened to me a few times while i played T_T

You still need wifi enabled on the 3DS for that. Can you connect to a cellphone with a mirror of the site without getting internet access? If I make a hotspot from my phone it will provide internet access through the data service.
