i think after downgrade is posibile
u downgrade to 4.x and install from blue card so u dont need internet just install exploide via blue card and do it like evrytime....

I think something must be wrong with mine... Whenever I launch a game I get the Card is broken error and it returns only to to the home menu...
Got it from a official reseller too... Hm...

hmmmmm yeah i updated my post to cover real spi errors, seems you got a faulty card, they aren't uncommon, message the reseller and explain the situation, also just double check with a different rom/SD card in case you have a bad rom/sdcard)

see i did mention this delay might cause returns issues with DOA cards, but if you got it from a official reseller they should be fine with replacing even if you had it a while

outside when there is no wifi - or just public wifi where you can not block
the FW update by firewall. So catching the 9.4+ update by accident will be a problem.

What to do if you are traveling and you want to play while driving the train,
or more worse - take the plane, have to switch off all electronics at start - no gaming the whole
12 hours of flying.

you only have to turn off wifi etc on plane take off when asked, not power down. anyway the myth got debunked, doesnt do shit to the plane.

GUYS! the spi error is just a bug in the FW, the SPI chip still works fine......please stop panicking you have nothing to fear your card is fine


(well unless you get a card removed error when starting a card1 game, that would suggest a faulty SPI chip.....but if your games work you are ok)

So basicly, those with a spi error but working 3ds games should wait for an update to get our cart working again?

I guess you haven't been flying recently, they don't care about this anymore. You can play games during take off and landing now.

How about downgrading to 4.5 and using the first exploit. This should work I guess.

Working fine with 5.1 base firmware here.

Not all consoles will support downgrade. 2ds an n3ds have never had 4.5 firmware si it might be more tricky for those

This has been answered in my FAQ, but yes, you will still have access to the DS Profile exploit. This won't be touched if you update your Launcher.

They don't check to make sure it's OFF, just let it go to sleep mode and put it in your pocket or something. I flew two weeks ago and they let me keep my e-reader out, so...

It's just weird why would it let me do everything but launch games... I was able to backup the nand and everything. So it's not uncommon?
