And again even after coming home in a quite drunken state... Gateway is not out like I predicted!
Guess I will have a nightmare now, since gateway didnt enlighten me in 2015...
Then again... gateway doesn't care as long as I don't find out their location too soon(tm), hmm?
Well since it will come out literally in a few days(tm), I just need to make it around the corner(tm), so that everything will work out.
I m just now hoping for a 2nd January release... :D may the gateway god be with us:D

And I hereby wish everyone a happy 2015 where gateway will be with 3ds 9.2 :D

All we know is that they didn't update their page since the 30th December 2014 around 13:19 / 1:19PM their time.
The feed didn't update yet.
If it does, we know something changed.
However, they could just change another small thing on the "Contacts" page again, who knows.

To be honest, I've played around with the Mii Maker QR code thing a bit before.
Took a QR code from miicharacters.com and adjusted it a bit in Photoshop.
After a few changes, the Mii Maker didn't recognize it anymore...

Maybe it would be possible to get some kernel-access through it, but I don't have much knowledge over the 3DS to know wether it's possible or not...

Seeing exactly how the Sky3DS works, Nintendo might not be able to ever block it. It's running like a real game card.
It has already been established that Sky3DS isn't completely 1:1 and can be identified as fake by the system. We've known it was blockable for a while.

My only complaint is how long it takes to switch from game to game. My microSD is 48Mbps which I thought would be decent enough.

MBps not Mbps (I'm sorry)

For all we know, maybe we can use a Konata QR code to do the exploit?

Woho, someone modified a Mii QR code to where the 3DS couldn't recognize it, must mean there's a kernel exploit.

Though if I recall correctly it's already been tried, and far too obvious for Nintendo to miss.

Edit: Nope, never been attempted, someone should try.
