After reading "around new year" it also can be 2nd January. So calm down guys. We're hearing ima few days for weeks now. Just enjoy your time, get your games together or whatever and enjoy when it's there.

I demand gateway to have 3ds <-> 3dz save converter ready aswell, priority on the save converter. Early adopters should get some vip threatment.

in laymans terms although the eula is mainly used as a terms of use, it can be used with the right content as a legal contract which you can accept by using the thing you paid for.

No...as I told you before you can't put a contract on an product after the user already bought it. Its illegal. Its fraud. Clear?
So the only way they can enforce something like this is make you sign the EULA before you buy the 3DS or any console. But someone told them that people don't like to sign a long ass contract with shady terms before buying what is basically a toy.

"before 2015" could be from now to 23:59 31/12/2014. On the other hand, "around new year" (the one without 2015) could be from now to early 2015 or the next many years. Correct me if I'm wrong
